Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Prepare and serve drinks (cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, etc.) according to recipes and customer requests.
Take and process customer orders efficiently.
Handle payments, operate till/point-of-sale system, and issue receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
Restock bar inventory, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and company policies.
Monitor customer behavior and refuse service to intoxicated individuals when necessary.
Upsell drinks, promotions, and special offers to maximize sales.
Assist in stocktaking and report shortages/damages to the manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
