Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and other café beverages Warm, toast, or serve baked goods (such as croissants or garlic bread). Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organization at the counter Engage with customers warmly and confidently explain the menu Assist with basic inventory management (beans, milk, supplies) Manage opening/closing tasks and support POS operations Report directly to the owner/founder and lead one junior staff You’re a Good Fit If You: Have 1–2 years of café or coffee barista experience Are passionate about coffee and hospitality Can confidently manage the café during busy hours Speak English (mandatory) and Hindi, or Kannada Are punctual, clean, and committed to consistency To Apply: Call on : 9987088651 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,153.24 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Shift allowance Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
