Barista/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages to company standards.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling, billing, and POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, seating areas, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Refill and rotate stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints or queries politely and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹26,689.39 per month
