Job Description

Job Title: Barista Location: Yelahanka - Jinvara Key Responsibilities: Prepare a range of coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, flat white, pour-over, and cold brew to specialty standards Create consistent, high-quality latte art with attention to detail and visual presentation Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service areas Engage with customers in a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner Recommend drinks or pairings based on guest preferences Calibrate grinders and espresso machines to ensure shot consistency throughout the day Understand and execute manual brewing techniques (V60, AeroPress, French Press, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
