We are hiring Barista Trainees to join our café team at Ernakulam. This role involves providing front-end service, preparing beverages, and handling outlet sales. Ideal for freshers seeking to launch a career in the F&B industry, with hands-on training and customer interaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in outlet preparation and opening setup
• Take customer orders and ensure a friendly service experience
• Support beverage preparation and learn café machinery handling
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and preparation area
• Upsell and promote items to improve in-store sales
• Learn basic café operations and follow standard procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,500.00 per month
