Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and café beverages.
• Innovate and experiment with new recipes, flavor combinations, and coffee presentations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior staff when needed.
• Represent the café’s vision of premium hospitality and creativity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional barista experience (specialty coffee preferred).
• Strong skills in espresso extraction, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.
• A genuine passion for coffee and creativity with ingredients.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and willingness to grow with the brand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
