Barista

Role Overview:

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, counter, and workstations.
• Take customer orders and handle billing (POS operations).
• Recommend menu items and upsell products.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrup, and other supplies.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures of the café.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff for food orders when required.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (Training can be provided).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Basic math skills for billing and cash handling.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
