Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks).
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf counter, machines, and seating area.
Manage daily inventory of caf supplies and report stock requirements.
Support caf promotions, special menus, and event days at Racing Point.
Coordinate with the cashier/receptionist for billing and order management.
Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience as a Barista or in a caf environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and caf equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings).
Passion for gaming, motorsports, or caf culture is a plus.
