We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Caf Captain to lead our caf operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the caf team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light snacks as per standard recipes. Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a pleasant experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and equipment. Ensure consistent product quality and presentation. Manage billing and POS operations efficiently. Handle walk-in customer queries and assist with menu recommendations. Support caf team in daily operations and service flow. Coordinate with the Barista and service team to maintain service standards. Monitor order taking, billing, and timely service. Train, motivate, and guide caf staff to ensure efficiency and teamwork. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and adherence to caf SOPs and safety standards. Manage inventory of food, beverages, and consumables; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Support management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in caf service, restaurant, or QSR outlet. Knowledge of coffee brewing, espresso machines, and latte art. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours. Customer serviceoriented approach with problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy hours.
