Barista & Kitchen Chef

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai Type: Full-Time About Us: Pawmela is a vibrant, pet-café where great food, coffee, and furry friends come together. Our menu offers an exciting variety of Pet food. Human Food—from handcrafted coffees and refreshing mocktails to indulgent desserts, wholesome soups, fresh salads, pizzas, sandwiches, pastas, and burgers. We’re looking for a passionate café chef & barista who can deliver both flavor and experience with every plate and cup. Key Responsibilities Beverage Preparation: Brew and serve hot coffees (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, etc.) Prepare cold coffees, iced lattes, and ice cream blends. Mix and serve refreshing mocktails and iced teas. Food Preparation: Cook and plate a variety of café items including sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, fries, soups, pastas, and salads (veg & non-veg). Prepare sides such as nuggets, chicken popcorn, paneer sticks, and cheesy balls. Bake and serve desserts like cheesecake, brownies, and mug cakes. Quality & Hygiene: Maintain high food quality standards for taste, presentation, and freshness. Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols. Service & Coordination: Work closely with the service team to ensure timely order delivery. Handle special customer requests with creativity and care. RequirementsPrevious experience as a Barista / Café Chef / Commis Chef preferred. Skills in both hot & cold beverage preparation and multi-cuisine café menu cooking. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced café environment. Passion for food, coffee, and delivering a memorable customer experience.
