Barista in Goa

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in North Goa. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and macha, while providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, assisting with food preparation, and efficiently handling transactions. The Barista will also work to ensure a welcoming environment for customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in coffee preparation and Barista skills
• Atleast 3 years of experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Customer Service expertise and the ability to create positive guest experiences
• Experience or knowledge in Food Preparation practices
• Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and teamwork skills
