Job Description

1. Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP 2. Following the defined steps of guest service 3. Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene guidelines set by the café/store 4. Managing the product hygiene and expiry 5. Maintaining store visual merchandising 6. Having basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine 7. Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating them while working 8. Handling the basic level product-related complaints as per the process 9. Maintaining the daily/weekly/monthly inventory records 10. Supporting the store manager in stock reconciliation 11. Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
