Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Barista at BIZZ the Hotel in Rajkot. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include taking orders, brewing coffee, tea, and other beverages, and providing recommendations to customers. Additionally, the Barista will handle cash register operations and stock inventory as needed. This is an on-site role located in Rajkot.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation
• Customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with customers
• Basic cash handling and register operation skills
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
