Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, chairs, and workstations after each client. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in men’s grooming and haircutting techniques. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a satisfying salon experience. Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently during peak hours. Promote salon products and services when applicable. Required Skills:Proficient in different haircutting techniques (fade, taper, scissor cut, etc.). Skilled in beard shaping, shaving, and head massages. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of hygiene and grooming. Ability to handle client feedback positively.
