About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Banking Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the BFSI sector. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, growing the business portfolio, and managing a small sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in BFSI / Insurance Sales.
  • CTC : 3.00 To 5.50 LPA + Incentive + other Benefit
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in team management is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Graduate in any discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for banking products.
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the BFSI sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
