  • Role Overview:

    The associate will be responsible for handling end-to-end customer complaints related to

    cards, disputes, and life-cycle complaint management

    . The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and resolve card-related disputes, chargebacks, and complaints. Investigate customer issues using internal systems and documentation.
