Banking Executive

Role Overview: As a Corporate Banking Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to prepare and maintain accurate bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts. You will also be required to liaise with banks for account management, transaction queries, and issue resolution. Additionally, you will monitor bank balances, coordinate with the treasury team for fund planning, and manage documentation related to bank accounts and credit facilities. Your role will also involve ensuring timely deposit and accounting of collections, supporting audits, and maintaining banking master data in ERP/Accounting software while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain accurate bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts. - Liaise with banks for account management, transaction queries, and issue resolution. - Monitor bank balances and coordinate with the treasury team for fund planning and placement. - Manage documentation related to opening/closing of bank accounts, KYC updates, and credit facilities. - Ensure timely deposit and accounting of collections including cheques, online receipts, and cash. - Support internal and external audits by providing relevant banking documentation and transaction records. - Maintain and update banking master data in ERP/Accounting software. - Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and banking norms. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA/CA Inter is a plus). - 3 years of experience in corporate banking operations or finance. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle). - Familiarity with internet banking platforms and treasury management tools. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
