Job Description

We are hiring Hindi-speaking Telecaller Agents for a banking process in Thane. The role includes calling customers, explaining banking services, and assisting with queries.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking services.
• Explain products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
• Update customer information in the system.
• Follow up with customers and close leads.
• Maintain professionalism and meet daily call targets.

Required Skills

• Good Hindi communication.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confidence while talking to customers.
• Ability to handle customer queries politely.
• Sales or calling experience is a plus.
