Bancassurance Insurance Officers

As an Insurance Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to generate sales through assigned Bank Branches. You will be required to coordinate between the Bank and our company from lead generation to policy conversion. Additionally, you will need to follow up with the Operations of Banks and build mutually beneficial relationships to help in the acquisition of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching - Handling objections and grievances and providing timely solutions - Guiding and mentoring new team members with required deliverables and company values Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of experience in Banking or Insurance Sales preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
