Banca Sales - Insurance

As an Insurance Sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage in sales activities through assigned Bank Branches. You will play a crucial role in coordinating between the Bank and our company, starting from lead generation to policy conversion. This will involve close follow-up with the Operations team of the Banks to ensure smooth processes. Building and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with Banks is essential for this role, as it will contribute to the acquisition of clients. You will be expected to gather and analyze customer requirements to pitch our products effectively. Handling objections and grievances in a timely manner, and providing suitable solutions is also a key aspect of the job. Part of your role will involve guiding and mentoring new team members, ensuring they understand the required deliverables and adhere to company values.
