The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking, creativity in developing new products, and the ability to lead and maintain high-quality kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare a wide variety of bakery products including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. · Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. · Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. · Manage bakery inventory, ingredients, and supplies. · Innovate and contribute to new product development based on trends and customer feedback. · Supervise and train junior bakery staff. Qualifications: · Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bakery Head Chef or in a similar role. · Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. · Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. · Excellent time management and organizational skills. · Immediate availability to join preferred.
