Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative, festive & seasonal recipes across cakes, cookies & chocolates. Standardise recipes for consistent taste, quality & scalability. Design visually appealing, premium-quality products in line with brand aesthetics. Manage food cost, ingredient utilisation, and wastage control . Maintain hygiene, shelf-life & quality benchmarks. Collaborate with gifting & marketing teams for new launches . Train and guide junior staff for efficient kitchen operations.
