Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bakery Chef Instructor based in Delhi, India. The Bakery Chef Instructor will conduct hands-on training sessions and theory classes, mentor students in mastering bakery and pastry techniques, and ensure adherence to professional standards in all bakery-related activities. The role includes creating lesson plans, demonstrating effective baking skills, supervising food preparation, and guiding students in crafting high-quality baked goods such as cookies and bread. Other responsibilities involve evaluating students' progress and preparing them for industry internships and professional placements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery and Baking skills to teach a range of techniques and recipes
• Expertise in Food Preparation, including knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols
• Specialization in creating professional-quality Cookies and Bread
• Strong mentorship and communication skills to guide and inspire students
• Experience in the culinary or bakery arts industry is highly preferred
• Culinary or bakery certification and relevant teaching experience are a plus
• A passion for baking and teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate students
