We are a health-focused dessert bakery dedicated to crafting delicious, wholesome cakes, puddings, cookies and desserts made with nutritious ingredients. As a growing business, we are looking for our very first team member to join us on this exciting journey. Here one will get chance to learn and grow in open and friendly environment. The Junior Assistant Baker will support in the preparation and baking of desserts, including cakes, cupcakes, puddings, and other sweet creations. The role includes assisting with cake baking, frosting, basic decoration, supporting in the overall process, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. This position is ideal for someone passionate about baking, eager to learn, and interested in working with healthier alternatives. Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing batters, doughs, puddings, and other dessert bases. Support in cake frosting, layering, and basic decoration. Measure, mix, and handle ingredients according to recipes. Operate baking equipment safely and correctly (mixers, ovens, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished goods. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the owner/lead baker to develop new healthy dessert ideas. Requirements Basic knowledge of cake making, baking techniques, and dessert preparation. Hands-on experience (professional or home baking) in cake frosting and simple decoration. Passion for healthy desserts and willingness to learn healthier baking methods. Ability to follow recipes and instructions with attention to detail. Good organizational and time-management skills. Flexibility to adapt and learn in a growing bakery environment.
