Being part of the kitchen service team at an award winning Safari lodge catering to foreign visitors. Guest interaction is encouraged, and the tile offers an opportunity to hone not just your baking but also your communication and presentation skills.
Daily duties include baking of breakfast breads, sourdough bread, cookies, and evening desserts. Other responsibilities will include assisting with menu planning, inventory and stock ordering, managing breakfast.
