Backyard Kitchen, a growing FMCG brand based in Lucknow, is looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our culinary team. If you have a love for baking and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to work with you. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with recipes, maintains high hygiene standards, and can consistently deliver quality baked goods. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of items including buns, breads and specialty items. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of baked products. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area. Monitor inventory and assist in ordering baking ingredients and supplies. Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new items and seasonal specials. Requirements: Prior experience as a baker or in a similar role (professional or home-based with strong skills). Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and use of kitchen equipment. Ability to follow recipes while also contributing creative input. Good time management and attention to detail. Flexibility to work early mornings or based on kitchen requirements.
