We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Background Verification Manager (BGV) to lead and manage end-to-end candidate verification processes. The ideal candidate will ensure thorough and accurate background checks while maintaining compliance with all legal and company standards.
Oversee and manage background verification for all candidates and employees.
Coordinate with verification agencies, HR teams, and candidates to collect necessary documentation.
Verify employment history, education, address, criminal records, and reference checks.
Maintain accurate records and prepare verification reports.
Ensure timely completion of all background checks.
Identify and escalate discrepancies or red flags.
Proven experience in background verification or HR compliance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, documentation, and reporting tools.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
