Backend Python Developer

Role Overview: As a highly skilled Backend Python Developer with a strong background in web development and automation, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions that power critical applications and automation processes. Your expertise in web crawling/scraping, Selenium, RESTful APIs/FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, MS SQL Server, and MongoDB will be crucial in ensuring the success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and modern frameworks. - Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices with FastAPI. - Develop and maintain robust web crawling and scraping solutions using Python libraries and Selenium for automation. - Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes. - Integrate and manage relational and non-relational databases (MS SQL Server and MongoDB). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps, and Product) to deliver high-quality solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Ensure system security, scalability, and performance optimization. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues in development and production environments. - Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and automation workflows. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Backend Python Developer. - Strong proficiency in Python with focus on web development and automation. - Proven experience with web crawling/scraping tools and frameworks (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, etc.). - Solid understanding of RESTful API design and hands-on expertise with FastAPI (or Flask/Django). - Experience working with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration. - Strong database knowledge: - MS SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization). - MongoDB (NoSQL data modeling, indexing, performance tuning). - Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub/GitLab). - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
