Backend Process Executive – Banking Operations

The Backend Process Executive – Banking Operations is responsible for supporting core banking activities by handling non-customer-facing tasks such as transaction processing, account maintenance, data verification, reconciliation, and compliance-related documentation. The role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory and internal banking standards.

Key Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities

• Process and verify banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, loan documentation, and clearing activities.
• Perform account opening, account modifications, KYC updates, and customer data maintenance.
• Handle backend support for credit, debit, loans, mortgages, and other banking products.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily banking operations.

Documentation & Compliance

• Verify and validate documents as per KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in banking systems.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required data and reports.
• Ensure compliance with RBI/central bank regulations and internal policies.

Data Management & Reporting

• Enter, update, and manage data in core banking systems.
• Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and daily/weekly summaries.

Process Improvement & Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams such as front office, compliance, risk, and IT.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Adhere to defined SLAs, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical & Functional Skills

• Basic understanding of banking operations and financial products.
• Knowledge of backend banking processes, KYC, AML, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with core banking systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
