Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle backend planning across hotels, travel, airlines, transport, artists, and event vendors
Plan and manage multiple briefs with accurate research, detailing, and timelines
Coordinate with vendors for timely reverts, confirmations, and deliverables
Negotiate with vendors to close deals within target budgets
Build, maintain, and update vendor databases
Prepare and maintain complete and accurate documentation as per systems and processes
Coordinate invoicing, billing, advances, pay-outs, refunds, and compliance
Share internal reverts and reports in required formats (Word, Excel, PPT)
Work closely with internal teams to ensure execution meets brief specifications and quality standards
Support on-ground event execution and coordination

Willing to travel (local & outstation) as per project requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Planning and coordination (mandatory)
Vendor management and negotiation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Multitasking and time management
Attention to detail and quality focus
Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
Proactive, agile, and quick learner
Team player with a positive attitude
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
1+ Years of experience in the event Industry.
