Job Description

The role of Backend Officer in Ludhiana requires a Graduate/MBA with 6 months to 1 year of experience (Freshers with good skills can also apply). The ideal candidate should possess strong computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and Email, excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and attention to detail. As a Backend Officer, you will be responsible for supporting backend operations for sales & coordination. This includes maintaining reports, data entry, and documentation. You will be required to follow up with teams/stores for pending requirements, assist in day-to-day backend activities, and prepare MIS reports. The salary range for this position is between 15,000 to 17,000 per month. This is a full-time job that requires the candidate to work in person at the Ludhiana location. As part of the application process, candidates will be asked questions such as: - Have you maintained MIS reports or data entries in your past role - Are you proficient in MS Excel (basic formulas, reporting) - Do you have strong follow-up and documentation skills - Do you have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in backend or support roles ,
