Backend Lead Developer

As a Software Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in defining, developing, and evolving software and products/tools in a fast-paced and agile environment using the latest software development and DevOps practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical leadership to the team for planning, design, and execution of user stories - Contributing individually to projects and guiding developers to drive increased efficiency - Demonstrating excellent development and debugging skills - Learning and adapting quickly in a fast-paced setting - Working with an Agile mindset and experience in Agile (Scrum) Development projects - Showing a natural curiosity for new scripting languages, frameworks, and technologies In addition, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a developer with successful deliveries in Node.js, Java, .Net, PHP, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL stack - Proficiency in front-end technologies like React, Angular, and Vue.js - Hands-on experience with microservices and Serverless architectures using technologies such as gRPC, GraphQL, and Prisma - Strong knowledge of databases, web applications, and design patterns - Expertise in core data structures, algorithms, and implementation using the language of choice - Experience in user authentication and authorization between multiple systems and environments - Familiarity with setting processes for development teams and creating reusable components - Ability to write technical documentation for projects - Proficiency in CI tools (Jenkins), databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB), cache (Redis, Memcached), Git, Jira/Confluence, NPM, Postman, Containers, and CI/CD tools Please note that the above qualifications are desired for the role and will enable you to excel in this challenging position.,
