Job Title: Backend Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems to support data-driven decision-making. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to management, preparing reports, automating processes, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (sales, finance, operations, etc.)
• Design and generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and dashboards as required by different departments.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Develop and automate reporting processes using tools like Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Support departments in data extraction and reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ERP or MIS systems.
• Coordinate with IT and other teams for system upgrades and improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all organizational data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization/reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Certifications in data analysis or MIS tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
