Backend Executive – Home Loans

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to join our Home Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the loan processing team by handling documentation, data entry, file management, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth loan disbursal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle loan application data entry and maintain accurate records in the system
• Verify and cross-check customer documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers, etc.)
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for loan file movement
• Track loan application status and follow up on pending documents
• Ensure all backend processes comply with company policies and regulatory norms
• Assist in generating MIS reports and maintaining daily logs
• Provide backend support for customer queries when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good understanding of financial documents and loan processes (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
