We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our backend systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Troubleshoot and debug applications as required.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
Experience with RESTful API design and development.
Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Proficient in version control systems, especially Git.
