Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Django and FastAPI
• Implement WebSocket or Socket.IO based real-time APIs for bi-directional communication
• Build and optimize mechanisms for uploading and processing large files (up to 10GB+)
• Create scalable and organized folder structures for modular, maintainable backend code
• Integrate third-party APIs and libraries for file storage, data processing, and analytics
• Ensure system security, scalability, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and data scientists
• Set up backend pipelines for uploading datasets and models from platforms like Kaggle
• Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate test coverage and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and strong hands-on experience with Django and FastAPI
• Experience with WebSocket or Socket.IO integration for real-time communication
• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, uvicorn, httpx)
• Strong knowledge of file handling and streaming uploads of large files (10GB+)
• Familiarity with Linux file systems, multipart uploads, and chunked transfer
• Experience working with RESTful and async APIs
• Good understanding of backend folder structure best practices
• Familiarity with Kaggle APIs, data science workflows, or model hosting
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases
• Version control using Git
• Must know fast api

Bonus (Nice to Have):

• Experience with cloud services like AWS S3 (for large file storage), GCP, Azure
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or FastAPI Background Tasks
• Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or task queues for background jobs
• Exposure to machine learning, Kaggle competitions, or ML model integration
• Experience working with GraphQL or gRPC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
