Backend Developers

As a Database Developer at Photojaanic, you will be responsible for modeling, creating, and managing databases, writing lambda functions, building APIs, and helping automate testing. Your role will involve collaborating with the Front End and Product teams to achieve these goals. Key Responsibilities: - Understand technical and business requirements. - Design, create, and manage databases. - Write lambda functions. - Integrate with marketplaces. - Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code. - Run diagnostic tests, repair defects, and help automate tests. - Maintain SLAs and ensure systems are operating to specification. - Ensure optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests. - Collaborate with front-end developers on integration of elements. - Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies. Qualifications: - At least 2-3 years of experience as a Node.js developer. - Experience with integration of marketplaces APIs. - Python experience is a plus. - Experience working on databases and writing optimized queries. - Experience with performance or load testing on APIs. - Familiarity with AWS SQS, lambda functions, API gateway. - Docker experience is a plus. - Curious and enjoys learning new technologies.
