About the Role:

Backend Developer

You will play a key role in a small but agile team that delivers features quickly while maintaining production-grade stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI

Integrate MongoDB for data storage and retrieval

Write clean, well-structured, and testable code

Work closely with frontend and product teams to ship features rapidly

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning

Ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced development environment

Requirements

Strong experience in Python

MongoDB

Familiarity with API design best practices

Ability to write clean and maintainable code with proper documentation

Comfortable with Git and collaborative development

Ability to adapt quickly and work under tight deadlines

Good communication skills and team-player attitude
