Backend Developer (Python)

As a Python Developer at SoftProdigy, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and data pipelines. Your work will include a variety of projects such as internal tools, data-driven solutions, and AI/ML integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain robust Python backend applications using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Design and implement APIs, microservices, and serverless functions to integrate with external systems and data sources. - Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows using libraries such as Pandas, Polars, NumPy. - Configure and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) using best practices and infrastructure as code (IaC). - Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes). - Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability. - Collaborate with product, frontend, and ML teams to deliver seamless solutions. - Prepare documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specs, and deployment guides. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in Python backend and Angular/ReactJs development. - Strong expertise in Python, OOP, and software engineering principles. - Experience with API design, RESTful services, and backend integration. - Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.,
