Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
C#.NET
and
Python
.
Build and deploy
cloud-first applications
on
Azure
or
AWS
.
Modernize and enhance legacy platforms in line with business goals.
Develop and integrate
RESTful APIs
and reusable components.
Work with
SQL Server
or
NoSQL
databases for efficient data management.
Ensure code quality by following
SOLID principles
, writing
unit tests
, and participating in
code reviews
.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver features.
Participate in
Agile ceremonies
(e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups).
Maintain comprehensive
technical documentation
.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years
of hands-on experience with
C#.NET
development.
Proficiency in
Python
for backend services or scripting.
Experience with
Azure
or
AWS
cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of
OOP
,
design patterns
, and
TDD
.
Proficient with
SQL Server
and/or
NoSQL
databases.
Familiarity with building and consuming
RESTful APIs
.
Experience with
Git
,
CI/CD pipelines
, and
Agile methodologies
.
Excellent
problem-solving skills
and a proactive attitude.
Strong
communication skills
and ability to collaborate across teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with
DevSecOps
practices and tools.
Familiarity with
data transformation

data structures
, or ETL processes.
Understanding of
microservices architecture
.
Exposure to
monitoring
,
logging
, and
alerting
in cloud environments.
Experience with
containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
