About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our technology team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-performance, scalable backend systems and writing clean, efficient code. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs Develop database schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues Follow best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development Strong programming skills in languages like Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or Go Proficiency with RESTful API design and development Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus Good understanding of security and data protection best practices Nice-to-Have: Experience with GraphQL or gRPC Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools Exposure to message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) Knowledge of microservices architecture
