We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a strong focus on server-side systems. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.

Model: Work From Office
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
• Work with Laravel Blade Template Engine and Volt for building admin panels.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Perform debugging, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with other developers for end-to-end delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
• Experience with Laravel Blade Template Engine.
• Knowledge of Volt or similar admin panel templates.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role.

Employment Terms

• Probation Period: 1 month
• Service Agreement: Minimum 2 years commitment after successful probation
• Notice Period: 3 months

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Backend Developer : 2 years (Required)

• MySQL/PostgreSQL: 1 year (Preferred)
• Blade Template Engine: 1 year (Preferred)
• Volt / other admin templates: 1 year (Preferred)
