We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. https://www.blucognition.com/ Roles and Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs. - Develop and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring high availability and reliability. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing components with backend logic. - Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance. - Implement and maintain security, authentication, and data protection best practices. - Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and efficiency. - Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, and deployment. - Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in the backend. - Keep up to date with backend development trends and emerging technologies. Required Skills: - 2-5 years of experience in backend/API development. - Strong proficiency in backend languages like Python (Django, Flask) and JavaScript (Node.js). - Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. - Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. - Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery) and real-time data handling. - Hands-on experience in developing, documenting, and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs. - Knowledge of API security standards, including OAuth, JWT, and other authentication mechanisms. - Proficient with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Experience with cloud services and deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Strong understanding of web application performance and scalability optimization. - Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. - Effective communication and team collaboration skills. Educational Requirements: - UG: B. Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent. - PG: Masters in Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent.
