Job Title: Back Office - Sales & Operations Executive
Experience: 3 - 4 years preferred
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our sales and operations team. This role involves preparing client quotes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of confirmed orders. A technical understanding of our products or services will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for clients
• Follow up with the sales team on submitted quotes and client feedback
• Maintain records of quotes, client communications, and status updates

Operations

• Plan and schedule activities for confirmed orders
• Coordinate with the site team for material delivery and work front readiness
• Track progress and update stakeholders on timelines and requirements

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in back-office support, sales coordination, or operations
• Technical understanding of products/services preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
