Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Back Office Executive to join our publishing team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills to coordinate with authors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with authors to understand their requirements and provide regular project updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
Maintain accurate records and track the progress of ongoing projects.
Ensure high-quality service and a seamless experience for authors.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong communication skills in English is a plus.
Team player with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous experience is a plus.
Usage of ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
