Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, proactive Back Office Executive to join our team at Vivre Panels Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, organized, and efficient in handling day-to-day administrative and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions (face-to-face) and provide support as needed.
Manage vendor coordination and ensure smooth communication.(Preferred)
Maintain and update records using Excel and Google Sheets.
Support administrative tasks and assist internal teams.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in back office or admin roles (preferred).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Fast learner with attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to handle customers and vendors professionally.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with prior experience in handling clients and vendors.
Organized, confident, and responsible individual.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
