Job Description:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Data Entry Executive with 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of data entry processes, be accurate, and be able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases
Verify and cross-check information for accuracy
Maintain organized records of all data and documents
Assist in preparing basic reports for internal use
Coordinate with front office staff to collect or confirm data
Perform general administrative and back-office tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years in a data entry or back-office role
Education: Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Good typing speed with attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
Strong time management and organizational skills

Work Conditions:

Office-based role
Regular day shifts
Must be comfortable working on computers for long periods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
