Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily back-office operations and administrative tasks
  • Data entry, record maintenance, and updating internal databases
  • Coordinating with internal teams for documentation, reports, and follow-ups
  • Managing emails, preparing MIS reports, and maintaining files
  • Assisting in customer query resolution by coordinating with relevant departments
  • Preparing letters, statements, and basic office correspondence
  • Supporting HR/Accounts/Operations team as required
  • Ensuring timely submission of reports and maintaining confidentiality of data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and strong organisational skills

Experience:

  • 0–2 years preferred (Freshers can also apply)
