Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Accurate data entry, updating records, organizing files, and maintaining databases.
  • Documentation: Preparing reports, presentations, invoices, and processing project-related paperwork.
  • Administrative Support: Managing emails/calls, scheduling, organizing events, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordination: Liaising with other departments (sales, front office) and external partners for workflow efficiency.
  • Financial Tasks: Creating receipts, issuing checks, and reconciling accounts.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhering to company policies, security protocols, and handling sensitive data securely.

Pay: ₹14,090.33 - ₹34,794.96 per month
