Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and office data.
• Create invoices and manage billing-related documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and task updates.
• Handle customer or vendor communication through email and calls.
• Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain files, documents, and office records.
• Support management in follow-ups, scheduling, and task tracking.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Experience in invoice creation and billing processes.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to coordinate with teams and handle multiple tasks.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in office or administrative roles (preferred).
• Graduate in any discipline.
